Ace Search collect and process personal data that may identify you as an individual and be sensitive: business contact information, details about potential candidates and clients weblogs and cookies.

 

Collected from variety of sources such as during recruitment research or interviews, these data enable us to provide search and recruitment services to clients and candidates (direct approach, respond to inquiries, managing the relationships with clients and candidates, assess the opportunity to work together, comply with laws…) and are stored in our CRM.

 

Some information is shared to clients and other to candidates. Complying with legal or contractual obligations, disclosures are made with your consent and when we have a legitimate interest.

 

We would retain your details if we fill we believe that these data will help us perform our search service. There may be circumstances where the company will need to process your data for legal or official reasons. When this is the case, we will tell you and we will restrict the data to only what is necessary for those specific reasons.

 

Ace Search may also obtain data about you from cookies.  These are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site. We do not collect any data from Cookies.
